This is a cavendish type banana that produces a creamy orange pulp fruit.
The ‘Dwarf Green’ grows excellent cooking leaves that can be used for wrapping and grilling meat, as well as serving food.
Also the Dwarf Green is Said to actually be a Dwarf Red that reverted to green.
It still behaves like a Dwarf Red, but without the color in the pseudostem and fruit.
